TASTING NOTES
Limon is not overly citrusy. The lemon and lime notes are perfectly balanced with Juniper and gentle cardamom spice undertones that give it a soft spicy edge and distinctly “London Dry” gin-like complexity.

The original Bloom had a herbaceous floral flavour profile and sported a vibrant pink. During the worldwide “lull” we experimented with organic Vanilla pods from the Island Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe and were blown away by the full-bodied aromas and notes of candied-dry fruit, chocolate, and caramel. The new “Island Spice” style Bloom is a refined and complex blend of distilled organic botanicals that features the traditional Juniper base with a subtle hint of Vanilla and a dialled-up Rose Geranium element contributing to the "Turkish Delight" floral flavour profile.
